Mediteranea diet

The Mediterranean diet is typical of Spain, the south of Italy and France, Malta and Greece. In November 2010 Parimonio was declared Cultural Heritage of Humanity. This diet is based on eating vegetables, fruits and nuts, bread, cereals, olive oil, vinegar and wine. This diet is very healthy because they eat fats are unsaturated fats.

One example of the recipe mediterranean:

Ingredients
    * 1 kg of eggplant
    * 500 g of tomato puree
    * 350 g of mozzarella
    * 3 tablespoons olive oil
    * Coarse salt
    * Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
1st: Wash the eggplant and cut into slices 1 cm. It let stand in a colander, cover with a plate to add weight for 20 min. Rinsed it in cold water and dry them with a kitchen towel: in this way we remove the bitter taste.

2nd: In a pan with olive oil we place a layer of eggplant, add tomato puree seasoned and sliced ​​mozzarella. Repeat the layers until all ingredients used. Top with mozzarella.

3rd:  Put the Cooking oven at 220 degrees for about 30 min. And put the eggplant in the oven to gratiné and all ready.

Experiences

In February I went to see a wothe actors. I could take pictures of me with them and they signed autographs rk theatre in Barcelona. When I was leaving the theater decided to go back and I found all.

Last summer, I was on holiday in Formentera. We were all my family eating on the porch. It started to rain, every time it rained more. And after fifteen minutes made  tornadoes in the sky. Luckily they were not very powerful and did not move.

One day I would liked traveling on city how New York, Florence or Ibiza. To spend more time together, we have fun and live another different experience together. Also like that the studies can not spend much time together and we it  would be an excuse.

Water for elephants

A UNESCO world Heritage Site

The Casa Milà, built by Antoni Gaudi in Barcelona, it located in Bracelona on  Passeig Gràcia. The Casa Milà has been a UNESCO world Heritage Site sine 2005. It is a modernist house   in the 1st decade of the century XX, naturalistic stage was the architect. It can be seen as the corners of the walls are not straight. This was normla in the style of Gaudí. This house was commissioned by the family Milà. In 1987 was presented to the public as tourist spot,  since then have visited 20 milion people.The architect for this building was inspired by nature.

Carnival

The carnival is an event when people dress. It is to dress up and parade through the streets of the city. This celebration is very old, the Egyiptians celebrated, later it spread through Europe and America. Now one of the most important carnivals of the world is the Rio de Janeiro. Country dependent held it in different ways, for example, in Binche (Belgium) they go out “Guilles” characters dressed in traditional customs and throwing oranges. And in Cadiz (Spain) is a float decorated with different themes and people dress as the chariot. 

Music

The music is art. Music has always been in our lives. Form smalls put songs us to slept, played, in the school, ...
